Delly's having trouble staying out of trouble.  Again.  But her brother is going to try to help her.  Then along comes a new girl, Ferris Boyd, who Delly can just not figure out.  As her life gets busier trying to figure out her new friend, staying out of trouble gets easier.  But now Delly is afraid that her friend is in serious trouble and she's really not sure what to do about it.
